Customers must purchase qualifying HVAC, water heating, or commercial food service equipment from a participating distributor or dealer or through a contractor who works with a participating distributor or dealer.

Qualifying equipment must be installed at a site receiving electric and/or natural gas service from a Focus on Energy utility.
